Volunteer Opportunities
Food Boxes
Pack supplemental food boxes to ensure residents and seniors in our county receive the nutritious items they need for healthier lives.
Food Drives
Participate in seasonal food drives by collecting, sorting, and boxing donated foods from individuals and organizations.
Fresh Express
Assist with the distribution of fresh produce and perishable goods to families at various sites across Westmoreland County. You can also sponsor a Fresh Express location near you.
Pick Produce
Help harvest fresh produce like apples, corn, blueberries, and peppers from local farms to provide nutritious options for those in need.
Adopt a Senior
Dedicate an hour or two each month to deliver Pennsylvania Senior Food Boxes to vulnerable seniors in our community.
Administrative Help
Contribute your organizational and computer skills by assisting with mailings or data entry at our Delmont office during weekdays (8 AM–4 PM).
Warehouse Help
Volunteer at our Delmont warehouse to sort and repack donations and assist with daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Food Drive Host
Organize a food drive to help stock our warehouse with non-perishable goods for individuals and families in need.
Food Pantry Distribution
Join our monthly food pantry team to help with setup, traffic control, food distribution, truck unloading, cleanup, and more.
